This Agreement constitutes the Terms of Service related to your use of ShopKanna.com. Throughout this Agreement, the terms "ShopKanna.com," "ShopKanna," "us," and "we" may refer to us, ShopKanna (a brand of Nutra Pure Extraction LLC).

3. Products and Brands

ShopKanna is a curated online marketplace that carries hemp beverage products from multiple independent brands. Every product contains no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, no more than 10mg of THC per serving, and no synthetic or chemically altered cannabinoids.

4. Class Action and Arbitration

You and ShopKanna agree that any proceedings shall be solely conducted on an individual basis. You agree that any claim will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.

The information found on ShopKanna.com is for informational and educational purposes only. None of the statements have been evaluated or verified by the FDA.

6. Shipping and Taxes

Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, and you will receive tracking details by email. We ship only within the United States, and only to states where adults 21 and over can legally purchase federally compliant hemp beverages under applicable state law. We do not ship to states that restrict or prohibit hemp THC beverages; the current list of excluded states is maintained in our Shipping Policy. All purchases require that the recipient is 21 years of age or older. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination.
