Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Satisfaction
Because our products are consumable beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns of opened product for health and safety reasons. If you are not satisfied with an unopened item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.
