Virginia customers: due to Virginia's new hemp law, we are unable to ship to Virginia as of August 15.
In 2026 Virginia passed two laws, HB 30 and SB 543, that move hemp product oversight to the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority. Starting August 15, 2026, hemp products sold to Virginia consumers are limited to 2mg of total THC per package, and the old CBD-to-THC ratio exception is gone.
Every drink we carry contains more than 2mg of THC per package. That is the point of a THC beverage. So after the cutoff, nothing in our catalog can lawfully ship to a Virginia address.
What it means for you: we are unable to ship to Virginia addresses for now. If the law changes, Virginia goes right back on our map.
