Our position
Hemp-derived THC beverages are a legitimate, federally legal product category that millions of adults enjoy responsibly. They deserve a regulatory framework that protects consumers without killing the industry.
We support smart, science-based regulation that keeps products safe, labels honest, and access limited to adults. We think the brands and retailers who do this well will be the ones standing when the dust settles.
Our commitments
21+ only, no exceptions
Hemp THC beverages are for adults. We age-gate our site, require age verification at checkout, and expect every brand we carry to do the same. We will never market to minors or use packaging designed to appeal to children.
Full third-party lab testing
Every product on ShopKanna has a current, batch-level Certificate of Analysis from an accredited third-party lab. We verify cannabinoid content, check for contaminants, and confirm what's on the label matches what's in the can.
Accurate dosage labeling
Consumers deserve to know exactly what they're getting. We require clear per-serving milligram counts on every product we carry, and we cap listings at 10mg THC per serving to keep the category in responsible territory.
Farm Bill compliance
Every product we sell is hemp-derived and contains under 0.3% THC, in full compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. No synthetic cannabinoids. No gray-area formulations. No shortcuts.
Responsible dosing guidance
We provide clear information about onset times, recommended starting doses, and what to expect. New consumers shouldn't have to guess. Start low, go slow is more than a slogan here.
